Tasty Publications has been founded
by Glen Elie.

Glen Elie graduated from Bournemouth College, where his talent was recognised early. He was awarded the accolade of most promising student of his year. On returning from 6 months industrial release in a 1 Michelin star restaurant in France, he was offered a position at the Chewton Glen prestigious hotel at the age of 17. Glen then went on to work for a total of three and half years in France at the following restaurants:

# Michel Guérard, 3 star Michelin, D’Eugenie Le Bains
# Le Chabichou, 2 star Michelin, Courchevel and St Tropez
# Michel Chabran, 2 star Michelin, Valance

On returning to England, Glen worked for Albert Roux at Le Gavroche, 3 star Michelin restaurant in Mayfair, London. In 1990 Albert Roux then placed Glen at Hanbury Manor, Hertfordshire, where after only 2 years, he achieved 4 AA Rosettes for the Zodiac gourmet restaurant.

In 1998 Glen bought a run-down bistro in Truro, Cornwall, which, after just 4 months, he turned around and two years later sold for a considerable profit. After marrying his wife Christine, Glen returned to Dorset to start a family. His next challenge was then the brand new Harbour Heights Hotel, where he created an enviable reputation for fine dining and achieving 2 AA Rosettes after just one year.

Glen now divides his time between Twenty On The River Gastro Pub, his family and his business Tasty Publications.com
